E-gift cards are valid for 2-years from the date of issue and can only be redeemed online.

When will my order be shipped?
We work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched as we print and embroider all apparel to order.
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched and shipped.

Sometimes custom design orders can take a bit longer to be made due to circumstances out of our control. Please allow additional processing time just in case.
